DIY Flowers Made Easy with Bloom Buckets

If you've ever hosted a bridal shower, birthday party, baby shower, or even just wanted flowers all over your house for a weekend, you've probably looked at the cost of flowers or battled the crowds (and parking lot!) at Trader Joe’s and wondered if there was a better way.

It's called a Bloom Bucket, and honestly, it might be my favorite thing I sell.

Instead of purchasing finished arrangements, you're getting a bucket filled with approximately 60–70 stems of freshly harvested seasonal flowers and foliage that you can arrange however you'd like. I harvest each bucket specifically for your order, so you're getting the best of what's blooming in the field that week—not flowers that have been shipped across the country and sitting in a cooler for days.

One of my favorite things about Bloom Buckets is that no two people ever use them the same way. Some customers create centerpieces for a birthday party. Others fill little bud vases for a bridal shower or rehearsal dinner. Some just spend an afternoon arranging flowers with their friends as a fun activity.

When you order, you'll choose one of two color palettes:

Soft & Romantic – blush, peach, cream, soft pinks, buttery yellows, and all those timeless garden colors that always seem to work together.

Bright & Bold – vibrant pinks, corals, oranges, sunny yellows, rich purples, and cheerful summer blooms that make a statement.

Rather than a bucket full of just one flower, you'll receive a balanced mix of statement blooms, supporting flowers, airy textures, and seasonal foliage. Everything is selected to work together, giving you plenty of variety to create natural, garden-inspired arrangements.

Peak Season: July - September (sometimes October!)

Those are the months when the field is absolutely overflowing with flowers, and Bloom Buckets are at their best.

If you've never arranged flowers before, don't let that stop you. Garden-style flowers aren't meant to look stiff or perfect. Grab a few favorite vases, invite a friend over if you want, and just start playing. You might be surprised how quickly it comes together.
